Terms of Service – YourSocialLinks

1. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you:

• Are at least 13 years old; and
• Have the power to enter into a binding contract and are not barred from doing so under any law.

If you use the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Description of the Service

YourSocialLinks provides a platform for creating custom landing pages with social media links, video and image backdrops, and related customization tools. The Service is offered on a subscription basis, currently at $8 USD per month (subject to change as described below). We may add, modify, or remove features from the Service at any time.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• Maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Promptly notify us at yoursociallinks@gmail.com of any unauthorized use or security breach.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it.

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

Billing

The Service is provided on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your selected payment method the recurring subscription fee (currently $8 USD per month) plus any applicable taxes.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before renewal. You can cancel at any time through your account dashboard.

Trials and Promotions

We may offer free trials or promotional pricing from time to time. Any such offer will include additional terms presented at sign-up. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions convert to the standard paid plan at the end of the promotional period.

Refunds

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, unused time, or downgrades during a billing period.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices in the future. If we do, we will provide reasonable advance notice by email or in-app. Continued use of the Service after price changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. User Content and Ownership

Your Content

"User Content" means any text, images, videos, links, profile information, or other material you submit to or display through the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content and are solely responsible for what you publish and the links you include.

License to Us

By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content as necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Service.

Responsibility for Links and Third-Party Content

Your profile may include links to third-party websites, content, or services. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content linked from your profile or elsewhere on the Service. Any interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party.

6. Acceptable Use and Content Guidelines

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe or violate the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person or entity.
• Upload, post, or share content that is illegal, defamatory, libelous, fraudulent, hateful, harassing, threatening, explicit, pornographic, or promotes self-harm, violence, or illegal activities.
• Distribute spam, unsolicited advertisements, or bulk messages.
• Upload malware, viruses, or code intended to disrupt or damage systems.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.

We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review, remove, or restrict access to User Content that we believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, layout, graphics, logos, and trademarks (excluding your User Content), is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, modify, sell, or distribute any part of the Service except as expressly allowed by these Terms, and you may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code except where permitted by law.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

We aim to keep the Service available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may temporarily suspend or limit the Service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons and may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practical. We are not liable for loss or damage caused by interruptions or changes, except as required by law.

9. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or applicable law, we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity, or we decide to discontinue the Service. Upon termination your right to use the Service will cease immediately, we may delete your User Content and account data from our active systems, and certain provisions of these Terms (including limitations of liability and indemnity) will survive. You may terminate your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us at yoursociallinks@gmail.com.

10. DMCA / Copyright Complaints

If you believe that content on the Service infringes your copyright, please send a notice to yoursociallinks@gmail.com with:

• Your name and contact information.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material and where it is located.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content and may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that any defects will be corrected, or that results obtained from use of the Service will meet your expectations.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us for the Service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) $50 USD. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on certain damages, so some limitations may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YourSocialLinks and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, USA, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, for significant changes, notify you by email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
